Join us for 7 days of Strengthen & Restore w/Araceli. Each day expect to move through a series of Strength & Cardio Bootcamp inspired movements. As Araceli encourages you to grow stronger in body, spirit and mind, she will move you through stretching out after each class to help keep your tissues healthy and help prevent injury. Each class will end with a short guided breathwork meditation to ground and seal your time together.
