Megan’s classes challenge the body and mind with safe, effective and fun movements. In Mat Pilates, a 45 minute low impact class appropriate for all fitness levels, Megan engages your core as you work the entire time to strengthen, lengthen and tone every major muscle group (even muscles you didn’t know you had! ) This class uses minimal props, free weights and fitness bands optional, and can be modified or intensified for just about every body.
