Power Yoga kicks the sequence off to warm the body and cultivate breath and body connection, followed by Sculpt, which combines foundational power yoga postures and spices them up with the use of free weights, compound movements and rapid transitions. Mat Pilates continues to tone the body, specifically the core and glutes, to round out this class that delivers all the feels in 45 or 60 minute sequences.
