Join Megan for this new 45min class that follows a vinyasa type flow, but with more intensity in the transitions. Instead of a straight forward vinyasa, think plank variations, additional chatturanga push-ups, addition full range of motion squats and chair pulses, etc. There is also more of an emphasis on core work, both plank and belly-up.
